Standard Treatment:
- A 10-minute treatment with the device placed 16-24 inches from the skin is optimal. A 15-20-minute treatment on symptomatic areas may be helpful.
Frequency:
- To achieve maximum results from ELVISH treatments, consistency is key. ELVISH recommends once daily use, but symptomatic areas may require 2-3 applications per day to benefit.

I got to stop going to my red light therapy spa because of this! This unit works very well and is easy to set up and easy to get going. Seems to do its job OK and I am glad that they include a set of goggles. No complaints, would buy again.
What I like and dislike about the Elvish Red Light Panel: The casing is durable as it’s made of metal and not plastic. The light was easy to set up and operate but I would recommend still reading the inclosed booklet. The red lights are super bright and even though the instructions state you can use it without eye protection, I would not recommend no eye protection. The included goggles are a nice, soft, comfortable with an adjustable band to fit any face.
Red light and infrared light therapy is getting more noticed due to recent studies so I wanted this light to see I it would help me sleep better and aid in better collagen stimulation. I used it today and actually took a nap, though these immediate results are rare: I’m not going to complain. I will be using this light on my face for 10 minutes everyday before bedtime using the goggles.
I do wish they had more detailed time recommendations for specific needs. The light has both red light, infrared and you can use both light simultaneously. It has time settings up to 30 minutes and the timer will shut the light off after elapsed time is completed.
The light made me feel as if I was out on a sunny day but without the heat or burn you feel from the sun.
It's my second time to purchase this product as a gift for my MIL.very good experience with fair price.Highly Recommend!!!!
After I work out, I need to help my muscles recover, so I tried this red light panel. It helps my muscles relax and feel better. The panel is strong and covers a big area. Every time I use it, I feel the warm red light going deep into my muscles, and it feels nice. I like the timer feature, too. I can set it for how long I want to use it, so I don’t worry about using it too long or forgetting to turn it off.
The panel has 3 light modes, intensity levels and timer functions. Comes with safety googles. Overall a good RLT panel.

Each light comes with goggles, which should be worn when facing the light, especially when activating the near infrared light. The included goggles are designed for these wavelengths of light. At ELVISH, customer safety is our top priority.

Near infrared light can penetrate clothing to a certain extent, but red light cannot penetrate clothing effectively. Therefore, we generally recommend exposing clean bare skin to the light when the use environment allows.

Why do some LEDs appear not to be working?
The near infrared (800-900nm) spectrum is beyond the visible range of the human eye (400-700nm), so it cannot be directly perceived by the naked eye. When the NIR LED is on, you may only see a tiny pink dot or an extremely subtle pink hue. Nevertheless, these LEDs do release a lot of light energy, ensuring that your ELVISH red light lamp will function perfectly as designed.
