The recommended treatment times are based on clinical research and the depth of tissue targeted. Shorter duration(5-15minutes) are sufficient for areas with thinner skin and less dense tissues, such as the face and neck. Longer duration(15-30minutes) are recommended for areas with thicker skin and more dense tissues, such as the back, abdomen, and legs, to ensure adequate light penetration and therapeutic effect. Consistent, regular use enhances the benefits and effectiveness of red light therapy.

Each light comes with goggles, which should be worn when facing the light, especially when activating the near infrared light. The included goggles are designed for these wavelengths of light. At ELVISH, customer safety is our top priority.

Near infrared light can penetrate clothing to a certain extent, but red light cannot penetrate clothing effectively. Therefore, we generally recommend exposing clean bare skin to the light when the use environment allows.
Why do some LEDs appear not to be working?
Why do some LEDs appear not to be working?
The near infrared (800-900nm) spectrum is beyond the visible range of the human eye (400-700nm), so it cannot be directly perceived by the naked eye. When the NIR LED is on, you may only see a tiny pink dot or an extremely subtle pink hue. Nevertheless, these LEDs do release a lot of light energy, ensuring that your ELVISH red light lamp will function perfectly as designed.
